About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, both online and offline. You will be responsible for building campaigns that drive customer engagement, foot traffic to our store, and growth across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, print, in-store).

Manage and optimise digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp or similar).

Use Excel and analytics dashboards to track performance, prepare reports, and guide decision-making.

Conduct customer and market analysis using data tools such as SQL queries, Google Analytics, or similar.

Plan in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community events.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3+ years of marketing experience (retail or FMCG preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, and social media tools.

Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and familiarity with SQL or database tools.

Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Analyse sales data and market trends with Excel (pivot tables, charts) and SQL or reporting dashboards.

Prepare proposals, business cases, and growth forecasts.

Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to support strategic initiatives.

Maintain accurate pipeline and performance reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

3+ years of experience in business development or sales.

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and data analysis tools.

Proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting and forecasting.

Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
